Drăgăneşti is a commune in Neamţ County, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Drăgăneşti, Orţăşti, Râşca and Şoimăreşti. These were part of Brusturi-Drăgăneşti Commune until 2004, when they were split off and the latter renamed Brusturi.
